Concord Maroon vs. Purdue The first map of Concord Maroon vs. Purdue was hardpoint on St. Petrograd, where Concord Maroon started off really strong behind a great performance by Crooked, and they ended up winning map one 250-66. The next map was search and destroy on Arklov Peak. The teams went back and forth the whole game trading rounds and it all came down to a round seven, where Concord Maroon’s slaying abilities were able to win them the round and go up 2-0 in the series. The third map of the series was domination on Gun Runner, and Purdue needed to win the map to stay alive in the match, and were able to keep the first half close as it ended with Concord Maroon up 110-97. In the end though, Concord Maroon were just too strong for Purdue and won the game 234-177 to win the series 3-0. University of Texas at Dallas vs. Abilene Christian University The first map of UTD vs. ACU was hardpoint on Ahzir Cave, and both teams looked to be evenly matched until UTD hit 65 points and took off. They ended up winning 250-117 and MrJPistacio was a big reason that UTD was able to win the match going 36-13 with multiple multi kills. Map two was search and destroy on Gun Runner, and UTD looked great throughout the whole map, only dropping two rounds in their 6-2 win. The third map was domination on Gun Runner again. UTD rode the momentum from their SnD win and finished the first half up 139-68. They did not slow down at all going into the second half and won the game 275-135 and the series 3-0. LSU vs. Liberty Navy Map one of this series was hardpoint on Gun Runner. Liberty Navy controlled the game for the most part and looked like a strong team, and they were able to win the map 250-133. The next game was search and destroy on Gun Runner and Liberty Navy started up 5-1, but LSU fought back and won two more rounds and almost pulled off a 2v4 to go to round nine, but Liberty Navy ended up winning the game 6-3 and went up 2-0 in the series. Map three was domination on Hackney Yard, and LSU decided Liberty Navy had won enough games and wanted to get the reverse sweep, so they were up at halftime of the game by fifty points at 127-77. In the second half, Liberty Navy came out with an early b flag capture and held onto it the whole round and won the game 213-201 and closed out the series 3-0.
