Intro
The Spring 2023 Season of College CoD has ben a tumultuous one with both new and old faces making a name for themselves. With the regular season and playoffs complete, we're ready to launch all the information you need to know about the Spring 2023 LAN Championship.
As a reminder, all players and spectators are expected to abide by all rules in the CCL Handbook and 2023 Season Rulebook at all times throughout the duration of the event.

We have partnered with Belong once again to host the CCL 2023 LAN Championship in the Polaris Pilots arena! This venue might sound familiar as they recently hosted CDL Major 4. Belong has arenas all over the US including Schaumburg, IL, Franklin, TN, and Grapevine, TX. They host a variety of events including watch parties, tournaments, giveaways, and more with game stations, couches and TVs, tabletop games, and soundproof streaming rooms.

Format
If you followed along to the CCL 2022 season, we did a simple 8 team double-elim bracket on LAN last year. This year, we're excited to launch LAN with a round-robin stage into bracket play.
- 2 groups of 4, round-robin on Saturday
- At the end of bracket, the 4th place team in each group is eliminated.
- The 1st and 2nd place team in each group is seeded into the Upper Bracket.
- The 3rd place team in each group is seeded into the Lower Bracket.

Spectator Passes
We are very excited to once again accept spectators to the event! We have 100 spectator passes available on a first-come, first-serve basis for $25 for both days. Venue opens on both days at 11am ET.

COVID
As of this time, there are no special protocols in place. Belong and eFuse follow all State of Ohio laws regarding COVID, and any policy changes will be announced immediately. We do recommend vaccinations for all attendees.

Parking is free around the venue and in the nearby Polaris Mall parking lot.

ACCEPTABLE ITEMS:
- Controllers/Headsets/Mix-amps/Other Peripherals for players
- Cell Phones
- Action cameras, such as GoPro’s
- Prescription medication (you must have the prescription/label in your name with you)
PROHIBITED ITEMS: (below list is a guide, not all inclusive):
- Illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
- Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, guns, ammo, pocket knives, sharp-edge blades, self-defense sprays, or any item deemed as unsafe by CCL staff
- Flammable items or liquids including aerosols and fireworks
- Coolers, sleeping bags, tents, and chairs
- An exception will be made for medically necessary items after thorough inspection
- Bicycles, skateboards, hover-boards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles
- Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
- Animals except for service animals assisting an individual with a disability
- “Comfort,” “therapy” or “emotional support” animals do not meet the ADA definition of a service animal. Security may permit working dogs or other animals as required.
- Laser pens, laser pointers, or similar focused light devices
- Noisemakers such as megaphones, air horns, sirens, whistles, or other devices which may interfere with others’ experience
- Professional camera, video, audio or recording devices (exceptions can be granted to team staff & media)
- Any item that is not lawfully permitted to be carried in the locality or City of Columbus
- Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of CCL staff or security
